Is this the right fit?

What we are, and what we aren’t.

Membership medicine works when the fit is right, and doesn’t when it isn’t. So here is the practice in plain terms — both halves of it. If the second column tells you we are not what you need, we would rather you know that now than three months from now.

What we are

  • Time. Fewer than 500 patients per clinician, and visits that run thirty to sixty minutes.
  • A long-term primary care relationship, with unlimited visits in person and by video.
  • Direct access to your clinician by phone, secure message, or video — not routed through staff.
  • Preventive and chronic care, with wholesale pricing on labs, imaging, and medications.

What we aren’t

  • We do not bill or contract with insurance. Most members carry a high-deductible or catastrophic plan alongside membership.
  • We do not accept walk-ins, and we do not see people who are not members.
  • We do not manage chronic pain or prescribe chronic pain medication.
  • We do not provide pregnancy care, DOT physicals, or disability determinations.

If a condition needs specialty care, we will help you find it and stay involved in the referral. The FAQ has the longer answers, including how we work alongside insurance and what happens if you are hospitalized.
